Katie Dadagian, Business Manager
Katie oversees the daily operations, human resources, marketing, and financial management of LILLEY.DADAGIAN Architects. With over 15 years of professional experience in consulting, communications and marketing, she brings a wealth of experience in the effective organization, marketing, and management of a small business. She has managed projects, both large and small, in areas as diverse as education, food service, consumer products and architecture.
Katie received an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson Collage as well as an AB in Economics from Harvard University.

Jacob J. Lilley, AIA, LEED AP, Principal
Originally from England, Jake co-founded LILLEY DADAGIAN ARCHITECTS after working as a Project Director for the nationally recognized Architecture, Planning and Landscape firm of Wallace Roberts and Todd in Philadelphia. During his time with the firm he oversaw the design of a new Visitor and Transit Center and a Courthouse addition for the City of Charlottesville, Virginia.
Prior to WRT, Jake worked at GUND Partnership in Cambridge, MA. for six years as a Senior Designer with the Independent School Studio, and as a designer for the office of Hoffman O’Brien Look Taube & Chiang in Ithaca, NY. Jake received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and is a LEED accedited professional and registered architect in PA and MA .

Stephen P. Dadagian, AIA, LEED AP, Principal
Steve co-founded LILLEY.DADAGIAN ARCHITECTS Inc. having spent 18 years working for several nationally recognized firms including Kallmann, McKinnell & Wood, Centerbrook, and GUND Partnership. Steve has designed and managed projects ranging from small residential projects to large institutional and master planning projects for independent schools and universities. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is an accredited LEED professional.
Steve received a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts History and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Tufts University. Steve is currently a trustee and chair of the Building & Grounds Committee at Belmont Day School in Belmont,MA.

Steve and Jake founded LILLEY.DADAGIAN ARCHITECTS in 2006 looking to get more hands on in our architectural practice. We have a long list of happy clients and continue to work hard on design solutions that are innovative, responsible, energy efficient and clear.
