Campus Masterplan - completed 2009
In our continuing relationship with FCS, we were asked to develop a facilities masterplan for both their upper / middle school campus and their lower school campus. The upper school planning effort centered on managing growth and updating existing buildings to adapt to their growing list of programs. The lower school study centered on improving vehicle and pedestrian circulation to improve way finding, safety and image. Green planning guidelines were developed for both campuses in support of their sustainable initiatives.
