Contemporary Cape - Needham, MA
The program of this 1,400 square foot addition includes a new kitchen, mudroom and utility storage on the first level and a new master bedroom suite on the second level. In an effort to preserve the rear yard, we opted to extend the length of the main house. The design is compact and efficient and, not only addresses the needs of this family of four, but provides graciousness and attention to detail. The landscape design includes a new planting scheme and outdoor living spaces that better integrate the house with its grounds.
