Lets solve the water problem

Our smallcraft project on Nantucket is pint size by island standards which came in handy when we had to lift it above the water table. The house was essentially at the water table and local regulations required that we raise the house four feet. Of course this improved the water views but most importantly it has solved the water in the living room problem. Following the installation of a new septic system and landscaping the house recovered nicely. In the historic district that is Nantucket ‘tear downs’ are not an option which in this case was a blessing. At 500 square feet smallcraft is laid out with nautical efficiency and can sleep 7 without sinking.
